We established Successful Project Consulting because we believe there is a need for a specialized project management consulting service to support HR and Corporate Support professionals who are responsible for completing projects.

David Scott has an extensive background in HR and related project management. He provides his clients with sound advice and processes based on his experience leading and participating in projects that span a broad spectrum of activity, in a wide range of industries in the USA, Australia, and the UK. His projects include organizational change initiatives, redeployment programs, benefits rollouts, design and installation of online HR information systems, recruitment/talent acquisition campaigns, and the development of learning programs.

Learning Manager
Sue brings a passion for learning to project consulting. Her years of experience teaching diverse groups, including adult English language learners, give her a keen understanding of what it takes to meet learners’ individual needs. She creates instructional materials that are readily adapted to individuals’ unique situations. Sue will work collaboratively with you to ensure that our project management materials are tailored to your requirements and delivered in ways that effectively support your strategic goals.
